The neck exercise is also an important exercise to be considered. One has to stand straight and keep the hands in the waist. Then one has to move the neck left and right and then up and down firmly. The steps should be done for about 5 minutes such that you will get relaxed. Then the next exercise is for the lower back. One has to keep her hands straight with the legs closed and straight.
