The problem with junk food is that they fill up the stomach but does not provide any vitamins or proteins. As the stomach size decreases during pregnancy, junk foods occupy the room and prevent you from eating food which is needed for baby’s health. She should also avoid X-rays because exposure to X-rays may cause greatest effects in pregnant women. So, X-rays can be postponed until after pregnancy, which may eliminate the risk. And obviously, she should avoid Microwave because; exposure of Microwave radiation may cause serious effects to the developing fetus.
