At about the end of fourth month, the baby is fully formed and it is about 6 inches long. The baby is now covered with some hairy thing which is termed as lanugo. The skin of the baby is now transparent and the baby is now capable of hearing your voice. Even the fingers and the finger nails of the baby are visible now.
